SHIPPING CONDITIONS

Delivery time

SPEAKERS: Our speakers have a delivery time of 5-8 weeks. As a provider of highly customizable high-end speakers, which we manufacture exclusively to customer order, we ask for your understanding that delivery times may take several weeks. We are aware of the time frame and work diligently to process your order. You will receive regular email updates from the production status through to delivery.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination. However, we are generally able to adhere to the 8-week limit, including delivery.

ACCESSORIES: Our accessories can be delivered from stock for standard products. In this case, we expect delivery times to be 3 to 5 days. The corresponding delivery times are stated on the product page.
For custom-made cables, please allow 7-14 days. You will receive all necessary information during the ordering process.

For all our items, we will immediately inform you with a tracking number as soon as your ordered products are shipped.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs within Germany are already included in the ACCESSORIES section. Different delivery costs for delivery addresses outside of Germany will be listed separately during the ordering process. Delivery costs in the SPEAKERS section are not included. These are calculated based on the product, size, weight, and destination and are listed during the purchase contract process.

All packages weighing over 31.5 kg will be delivered by freight forwarder. These costs will be calculated and listed separately.

Other additional costs that may be incurred by you will be indicated before the contract is concluded. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, various fees and taxes may apply, including customs duties and import VAT. These costs cannot be indicated in advance and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We ship to addresses in Germany and the EU with DHL Parcel and freight forwarding.

Our products are only made specifically for you after you place your order. Specified delivery times do not constitute an offer to conclude a fixed contract with a guaranteed delivery date. Any deviating delivery times will be stated during the ordering process.
